I am really happy when you write to me and let me know what you like or do not like about the newsletter or report. Of course, you can always post in the blog, or sometimes I copy comments I have received in email into the blog to share with others.

Here are just a couple of comments I have received lately about the BA tips newsletter:

Geri,I am really enjoying your use case information. I’m in the process of
training some staff who have little to no background in business
analysis and requirements definition, and am using the use case
structure for them. Your articles and the ongoing information have been
great, and are a tremendous help. This one explains the preconditions
very well. Keep them coming! Thanks.Felicia

Hi Geri,I just forwarded this e-mail (Use Formatting to Improve Use Cases)
onto my manager and several teammates in light of a use case
modeling effort that we’ve undertaken. I am playing the
role of both coach and use case modeler/writer.Thanks Geri.

Gord

And a comment about the report BA Success:

Hi Geri, thanks for your updates. This is an excellent report!Li

Look under Resources for links to the reports and the BA Tips Newsletter.

Thanks for your comments!
