Happy Holidays – December 2006
Hello fellow Business Analysts and other people interested in Use Cases!
In honor of the season, I have some gifts for you.
I have put my use case lessons into one single report for ease of download. If you have not seen my use case lessons, then you might want to download my report “Expert Tips for Writing Use Cases”.
I have recently completed another report that may interest you, “Succeeding as a Business Analyst in Information Technology”.
Both of these can be accessed using the links to the right.
When you get to the page, I just ask for your first name and email address, and I ask that you confirm that email. That way I know that it is really you who gets the report. This is to prevent problems with spammers, and to keep you from getting email that you never requested.
This leads to one more gift I have for you. When you enter your email, I will send you the report, and I will register you for my tip of the week. The tips are not sales letters, but rather are real information that I think you might find useful. For example, the first two tips you will receive are: Tips to improve listening skills and Tools you will find useful in your job. If you do not like the tips, you can unsubscribe at any time. But I hope you decide to keep receiving the tips, and to let me know in this blog about other topics you would like to see in the weekly Tips for BAs.
Use the comments link below to let me know what you think about the reports and the new weekly tips service. Also use that link to let me know what other topics you would like in the weekly tips.
I always enjoy hearing from you.
Geri
